How I get more nutrition into my kids!

Hello friend!

My kids (Jess here!) have never been the most adventurous eaters, but there are a few foods I relied on HEAVILY when they were toddlers, which allowed me to get creative and amp up their nutrition.

  1. Smoothies
  2. Popsicles
  3. Muffins

I knew if I offered them anything in smoothie, popsicle, or muffin form there was a near 100% chance they'd eat it!

Which is one of the reasons we decided to write a Smoothie and Pop E-book! We wanted to give you guys the tools that we've relied on ourselves as parents.

Why do Smoothies and Pops work so well?

They're FUN!

... and usually a little sweet!

The recipes in our ebook are all naturally sweetened, which means you can confidently offer them to your little ones knowing that nutrition is the main focus.

This e-book is only in the shop until August 2, 2026 and then it'll go back into the vault for next summer.

Grab it now and add a little bit of nutritious fun to your summer!

In health & happiness,

I’ve always loved making our own. Not because they have to be “perfect,” but because homemade popsicles are one of the easiest...

Hello Reader, This week we've got ANOTHER burger recipe for you! This time we're keeping it classic with a ground beef, but these burgers are also gently spiced with cinnamon, ginger, and cloves—and sweetened just enough with prunes (which are also a great little helper for keeping things moving 💩😉). While we designed this recipe for babies, it's something the whole family can bite into :) But wait—there’s more! You’ll also get TWO bonus burger recipes and baby friendly adaptations perfect...
