Snacks For the Week? ✅ We've Got a Plan For That

Hey ma,

Ever find yourself staring at the fridge wondering what snack to pull together this time? We’ve been there — and we know how quickly snack time can turn from sweet to stressful especially with the constant requests.

That’s why we created the Toddler Snack Planner — four full weeks of easy, nourishing snack ideas designed to ease your mental load and keep your little one happily snacking. All for just $12 CAD / $9 USD.

Here’s what you’ll get:
4 weeks of snack plans (2 pre-planned snacks per day — or stretch it into 8 weeks if your toddler usually eats one snack daily)
Weekly grocery lists so shopping is quick and painless
Simple recipes (don’t worry — not every snack means cooking!)
A prep-day guide so you’re ready for the week ahead without overwhelm

Parents who’ve used our resources tell us the same things again and again:

  • It lifted the mental load of planning snacks
  • They focused on more whole foods vs processed foods
  • They saved time (and even money by wasting less food)
  • Kids stopped asking for snacks every five minutes because this balanced plan kept them fuller for longer

That’s exactly why we made this: so you can feel calmer, more prepared, and maybe even excited when the next snack request comes your way.

If you’ve ever wished snack time could be easier — you need this.

FAQ

For what age are these snacks appropriate?

You can definitely use this with your kids aged 2+, possibly a little sooner if your child’s chewing development is on the early side.

My child has food allergies - can I still use this guide?

The planned snacks contain a wide variety of foods, including most of the top allergens. We haven’t specifically outlined alternative options for food allergies. But if you feel well-versed in making substitutions, you’d likely be able to adapt for your child’s food allergy.

Can I send these snacks to daycare/school?

Yes! All the snacks are portable. There are a few heated dishes, but if your child is okay with food not getting reheated, they will be fine.
