This fruit salad has been on repeat in our home all summer—but guess what? We’ve designed this as a 4-season recipe because it *mostly* capitalizes on frozen and canned fruit!

Packed with juicy fruits (fresh, frozen, dried, and canned!) and a little nutrition boost from a sprinkle of hemp hearts, this recipe is naturally sweet, super refreshing, and perfect for snack time, playdates, BBQs, or even breakfast.

You’ll also find tips for serving it to babies and toddlers—including how to purée it or modify it for baby-led weaning.
